B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (60 Seats)

Beginning from the academic session 2026–27, R.K. Institute of Engineering and Technology (RKIET), Niali, is offering the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering with an approved intake of 60 seats. Mechanical Engineering is one of the core branches of engineering that deals with the design, analysis, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance of machines and mechanical systems. The department is equipped with laboratories and workshop facilities covering areas such as manufacturing processes, thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, machine design, robotics, automation, and computer-aided engineering. The programme emphasizes innovation, problem-solving, practical skills, and industry-oriented learning to prepare students for successful careers in manufacturing, automotive, energy, aerospace, construction, and allied engineering sectors.
